Clients may be referred by another agency or may phone for help by calling 318-487-2061.

Every applicant is required to complete the initial crisis call and provide the necessary information to process their application for services. An interview is arranged and each case is reviewed by the Multidisciplinary Team, which is led by the Program Manager, to determine if Hope House is the appropriate agency to meet the client’s individual needs. If it is determined not to be, the Program Manager will refer the person to an appropriate agency that can best serve the individual.
